Terrible brand in terms of quality & customer service. I bought 2 shoes from Aldo Bangalore Phoenix market city. The shoe tore in 1 hour of usage. I have dropped 20 mails to the customer care. Visited the store multiple times. I have received zero support or refund. @ALDO_Shoes

@Wooden_street You have deleted all my tickets and sent me an email saying both parts have been delivered only when one was delivered. There has not been a carpenter installation for the one part that was sent either @Wooden_street

They have reached out saying both parts were delivered when only one was delivered with no carpenter fixed as well: they have now closed all tickets and deleted record of them. @Wooden_street
