इंदौर हाई कोर्ट का यह ऐतिहासिक फैसला राम मंदिर मामले के बाद दूसरा बड़ा निर्णय माना जा रहा है। कोर्ट ने हिंदू पक्ष के इस तर्क को स्वीकार किया कि पूरा परिसर राजा भोज द्वारा निर्मित माँ सरस्वती को समर्पित मंदिर एवं संस्कृत शिक्षा केंद्र था।

ये आज के आँसू नहीं, बल्कि पीढ़ियों से सहन किए गए अन्याय और पीड़ा की अभिव्यक्ति हैं। मां वाग्देवी की प्रतिमा को खंडित कर विदेश ले जाया गया तथा अपने ही परिसर में श्रद्धालुओं को पूर्ण पूजा-अधिकार से वंचित रखा गया। यह संघर्ष केवल एक स्थल का नहीं, बल्कि आस्था, सांस्कृतिक विरासत और सम्मान की पुनर्स्थापना का विषय है।

मेरे पिताजी पूज्य श्री हरिशंकर जैन जी की कठोर मेहनत, तपस्या और संघर्ष का परिणाम है कि आज हिंदू समाज यह दिन देख पाया। 2 मई 2022 को उन्होंने माननीय इंदौर उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर कर इस न्यायिक लड़ाई की शुरुआत की थी, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आज ऐतिहासिक फैसला आया है।

Bhojshala has been declared a Hindu mandir by Indore HC.

This is such wonderful news.
While there are innumerable evidences of older temple parts present in the ‘mosque,’ which were also documented in details in the British era, it took many years and a court to declare it as a Hindu temple.

A big win for the Hindus nevertheless!

Petitioner Kuldeep Tiwari said, “This was a long battle that we had been fighting for a very long time, in fact, for centuries. Today, that struggle has finally achieved success. We always had complete faith that it was a Hindu temple, and wherever we presented our case, whether in court or in society, a careful examination clearly showed it to be a Hindu temple. Today, the court has put its seal on that belief. We are all very happy that the court has declared it to be a Hindu temple and said that it will be preserved as one. The Central government has also been directed to speak with the British Museum in London to bring back the idol and reinstall it here.”
