@painadvocateAR The doctor can only see the records while in the hospital, and as long as they’re working there... most hospitals don’t allow you to capture your own data and do any retrospective analysis without IRB approval- This is in stark contrast to the way things used to be...
Physicians should be able to access the data that they’ve generated in order to come up with their own inferences- to compare it to the currently available literature. Electronic health record in their current form do not allow for that. EHR is killing the practice of medicine!
Hearing reports of this EVERYWHERE
Hospital admins saying wearing a mask in hospital will "cause hysteria"
This is maddening
We know #COVID spreads asymptomatically
#MedTwitter DM me if you've experienced this
All HC front line workers have the RIGHT to protect themselves
Finally home after 13 hours in the ER. Today >90% of my patients were confirmed or likely #COVID19. Many really sick, some in their 30s like me. The sirens on otherwise empty NYC streets are unending & haunting. I’m tired. But really honored to be back in the ER in the morning.
This type of administrative stupidity is reckless and dangerous. Physicians and healthcare workers should have the last say in protecting their health and the health of patients, NOT administrators! Please retweet! @mass_marion@toriesepahmd#scrubsnotsuits
National Physicians Week is 9 days away and physician camaraderie is needed now more than ever!
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the public and physicians alike are searching for the best actions to combat the spread and mortality rate associated with the coronavirus.
Just 16, @GretaThunberg is already one of our planet’s greatest advocates. Recognizing that her generation will bear the brunt of climate change, she’s unafraid to push for real action. She embodies our vision at the @ObamaFoundation: A future shaped by young leaders like her.
I wonder which corrupt politician added this nasty rider to the bill...? I’m also wondering how much they are being paid by the insurance lobby? An individual physician can not be, nor be treated like an entire insurance company. Medicine is a service. Let physicians serve.
Insurance companies dictate care, overriding physicians' judgement for the purpose of improving their investors' dividends and stock @mass_marion@PPA_USA@PhyWorkTogether

Advice: If you've been a sh*thead, APOLOGIZE. Directly, sincerely, & with intent to avoid doing it again in the future.
Trust me - as someone who is too often a thoughtless sh*thead - it feels good.
I'm amazed how often ppl prefer avoidance & denial to a simple apology.
