یک‌بار دیگر، حملات هوایی نیروهای پاکستانی در خاک #افغانستان به کشته و زخمی‌شدن شماری از هموطنان بی‌گناه ما انجامید؛ رویدادی تأسف‌بار که بار دیگر نگرانی‌های جدی را در مورد تداوم استفاده از نیروی نظامی و تجاوز #پاکستان برمی‌انگیزد.

بر اساس گزارش سازمان ملل متحد @UNAMAnews ، در حملات اخیر در کنر دست‌کم سه غیرنظامی جان باخته و چهار تن دیگر زخمی شده‌اند. در حالی که پاکستان اهداف این حملات را مراکز و افراد مسلح عنوان کرده است، قربانی‌شدن افراد ملکی بار دیگر ضرورت رعایت حاکمیت ملی افغانستان، #حقوق_بین‌الملل و اصل حفاظت از غیرنظامیان را برجسته می‌سازد.

این حملات در حالی صورت می‌گیرد که #ترکیه و #قطر اخیراً تلاش‌هایی را برای کاهش تنش‌ها و کمک به گفت‌وگو میان دو طرف دنبال کرده‌اند. توسل مجدد به اقدام نظامی، آن هم در چنین مقطعی، نه‌تنها چشم‌انداز حل‌وفصل سیاسی اختلافات را دشوارتر می‌سازد، بلکه می‌تواند تلاش‌های کشورهای دوست برای تأمین صلح و ثبات منطقه‌ای را نیز با چالش روبه‌رو کند.

در عین حال، وضعیت کنونی مسئولیت حاکمان بالفعل افغانستان را منتفی نمی‌سازد. آنان مکلف‌اند زمینه #مصالحه_ملی را فراهم سازند، به خواست‌های مشروع مردم افغانستان و تعهدات بین‌المللی کشور عمل کنند و اجازه ندهند افغانستان بار دیگر به میدان جنگ، خون‌ریزی و رقابت‌های نیابتی قدرت‌ها مبدل گردد.

محدودیت تلاش‌های کنونی، که تا حد زیادی ریشه در بی‌اعتمادی عمیق میان طرف‌ها دارد، ایجاب می‌کند که کشورهای اثرگذار منطقه و جامعه بین‌المللی برای یافتن یک راه‌حل مؤثرتر، منسجم‌تر و پایدارتر تلاش کنند. بی‌ثباتی و خشونت در افغانستان هرگز در مرزهای این کشور محصور نخواهد ماند.

جریان‌های سیاسی و مدنی افغانستان نیز، با درک مسئولیت تاریخی خویش، آماده‌اند برای حل مسالمت‌آمیز تنش‌های موجود و کمک به شکل‌گیری یک چارچوب پایدار صلح و ثبات، با طرف‌های ذی‌ربط و جامعه منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی وارد گفت‌وگویی سازنده شوند.

آنچه را می‌توان با عقلانیت، گفت‌وگو و تدبیر حل کرد، نباید به روش‌ها و راهکار‌های مبتنی بر خشونت و خون‌ریزی و پیامد‌های نامعلوم سپرد.

International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances

On this International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) Canada stands in solidarity with the thousands of Pashtuns, Baloch, and other oppressed people who have been subjected to enforced disappearance.

Enforced disappearance is not simply the unlawful disappearance of an individual—it is a grave and continuing violation of fundamental human rights that inflicts profound suffering on entire families. For years, countless mothers, fathers, wives, and children have lived with uncertainty, fear, and the painful hope that their loved ones will return home.

PTM Canada calls upon the United Nations, international and national human rights organizations, human rights defenders, and all relevant institutions to take serious notice of enforced disappearances, independently investigate these cases, demand information about the whereabouts of the disappeared, and ensure accountability for those responsible.

We urge the international human rights community not to allow these cases to remain forgotten or ignored. Every disappeared person deserves to be found, every family deserves answers, and every victim deserves justice and dignity.

PTM Canada remains committed to raising its voice peacefully and consistently for the fundamental rights, justice, and dignity of all victims of enforced disappearance and their families.

Just hours ago, Human Rights Watch @hrw described the 16 March 2026 #Pakistani #airstrike on a drug treatment centre in #Kabul as an “unlawful attack” and “a possible war crime,” calling on Pakistani authorities to ensure investigation and accountability. 
Almost simultaneously, news of the Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ announcement regarding the resumption of airstrikes and military operations in #Afghanistan spread worldwide.

This raises serious questions: are these actions genuinely aimed at countering #terrorism, or do they deliberately target innocent #Afghan civilians and destroy important public infrastructure and institutions essential for their survival and well-being? What justification can there be for strikes against people who bear no responsibility for the creation or support of the TTP? Is there any courage or honour in striking people who have no means of air defence?

These operations appear to be conducted in blatant disregard of international humanitarian law and the fundamental principles of #Islam.

At the same time, both the Taliban authorities and the broader Afghan political opposition must urgently consider joint national action, including convening an emergency Loya Jirga, to resolve internal divisions, promote national reconciliation, and strengthen collective efforts to protect the country and its people.

Now that the evidence has been presented by the media, the #UN, and international human rights organisations to the court of global public opinion, the international community—including members of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation—must break its shameful silence and take a more active and effective role in promoting accountability, de-escalation, and the resumption of meaningful peace efforts. @antonioguterres, @GBertrand_UE @vonderleyen @RLindsayUK @USAmbUN
