@dobbies very disappointed to have just had a call to cancel our Santa grotto booking. This is the second time our booking has been cancelled, as the first store was closed and now this. No chance to find another booking. Very disappointed with this level of service r and so late

@AsdaServiceTeam order for a specific time to work around our 6 months old naps and a family day out, for the order to be late, app tracking is down, helpline also can’t track the order. First time trying out Asda delivery after a while away and will be the last.
