@makemytrip customer support reads answers from a decision tree. You need to build capabilities to understand problem and respond. Please be transparent in pricing. Mmt app is misleading by hiding prices and adding unwanted products at checkout. @DeepKalraMMT
@makemytrip You upsell so many products making the user experience clunky and crappy. I used mmtsecure coupon and realized I didn't need insurance and changed the coupon. But that didn't remove the insurance which was added automatically and it was hidden in payment page.
Rippling will spend as much on R&D in 2024 as Paycom, Paylocity, and Paycor combined. If you are a customer of those systems, you will be a victim of their "just keep the lights on" strategy for years to come.
