There is road in Maharashtra‘s Thane, Ghodbandar Road, this road was maintain when there was toll, now seems no one is responsible & there is no road only potholes, 6KM road takes 1 to 2 hrs. Kindly see if u can do something 🙏🙏

#MaharashtraHSRP plate home delivery by #Rosmerta is a highly pathetic service.

After booking the plate we get the delivery date of 3 Months later. I booked my plate in March & I got the date for June.

Ideally a day or two before the delivery date the guy calls to confirm the availability (based on what I checked) but that didn't happen in my case and even On the day of delivery no contact I waited for whole day and nothing.

The next day I got a message directly from #MH_HSRP saying that due to "my unavailability" they have rescheduled my order to 22nd Sept. For one Number plate that I've ordered which is ready as I also got the message for the plate being ready and dispatched I'm suppose to wait 6 months???? What nonsense?????

I called the call centre, they said they've raised my complaint but they cannot do anything related to rescheduling as they have given the earliest possible date which is 22 sept. I asked them that as my plate is ready can't I go physically and get it installed at some specified location and they even denied that.

If the #HSRP plate is not there the police will charge me fine so I can't use my vehicle neither can I sell it. So the govt is willing to fine me but not take responsibility for their actions.

At the time of buying the vehicle we already have to pay charges for number plate....why to pay again??? Ok still .. I'm willing to pay but then at least service should be provided if the kind of citizens have to wait for a simple vehicle number plate for 6 months what's the use. This is incompetence of the worst kind.

I've herewith attached all the related proofs for reference.
