@SouthernRailUK Staff at Brighton have stated train terminated at Brighton due to engineering works at Lewes ! Sowe of us have got private cabs as still no guarantee what time the railway ones are coming . Southern you truly stink tonight

@SouthernRailUK hi can someone help as nobody at Vic or Gatwick seems to know . Trains advertised and disappeared between London and Eastbourne since 2200 . I’m at Gatwick now and staff saying no trains to EB til 0500 . Can’t be right surely ?

@SouthernRailUK But I conversed with you over two hours ago at Gatwick . I was at Victoria st 2200 hrs . There’s been scores of trains to Brighton , none to Eastbourne . If someone had made us aware we could have got to Brighton two hours ago and made alternate plans . I won’t be home 4am

@SouthernRailUK It’s totally unacceptable considering how many trains have run into Brighton with one to Eastbourne in the last 3 hours which has now left so many stranded in Brighton

@SouthernRailUK So me and 40 others have arrived in Brighton from this train only to be told it’s not going onto Eastbourne and that we need to get taxis from here to Eastbourne ( which aren’t here yet ) what is going on

Hi @SouthernRailUK can u advise why the 1338 Vic to Brighton is getting later and later on the run down . Bad enough having to get buses to EBN , this gonna take 3hrs plus now - unacceptable 😡

@LNER - really poor service this morning . Got on the late 0955 NCL to KGX this morn - coach C unreserved coach right . At York these green lights turned red and elderly people turfed out of seats as these now reserved from York - why ?

@lok2407 @SouthernRailUK You should get up one Sunday morning just for the thrill of the 659 from EB to London - stopping everywhere north of Gatwick , picking up hundreds of flyers at Gatwick , like a rush hour tube and every week it’s 4 carriages and takes 2 hours !! A 30 mph journey ! Right laugh

@SouthernRailUK the 2054 Vic to EBN cancelled . Only available train from Vic to connect with the 2138 from HHE to EBN is now running 7 mins late . Can you ensure that the 2138 HHE to EBN is held for 2 mins so the elderly from this train can get it

@SouthernRailUK It was held for 2 mins , waited for us to run halfway over the overbridge and then the platform staff let it go . Unacceptable . 28 min wait in the cold now . You lot are laughing at us aren’t you 🤷‍♂️
