An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.
At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.
Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

#5DayWeekandFairPLI
India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

In govt teacher jobs results declared yesterday––
Someone who scored just "6 marks out of 100" will now teach your kids.
Students need 40% to pass, but teachers need just 6%.
A full-blown mockery of the Education System !
Why would the Prime Minister go to Nigeria but not to Manipur where innocent women and children are being killed because they are Hindu. Is the Hindutva practiced by Modi and advocated by us?
This is total unfair to PSBs. Earlier Haryana Diwas Holiday was allowed to Bankers too. Now it is notified that This Holiday for State Employees not for State Bankers. We are also proud resident of Haryana. @NayabSainiBJP@csharyana@cmohry please issue revise notification
Respected Shri @NayabSainiBJP and @cmohry,
Ahead of #Diwali, over 40,000 bank employees in Haryana, along with their families, express deep disappointment over the decision by @csharyana to cancel the Haryana Day holiday for banks—previously declared under the NI Act (List of Holidays, Schedule 3, Point 19).
This revocation of a long-standing holiday is both disheartening and unwarranted. We respectfully urge you to reconsider this decision and kindly instruct for the holiday's restoration.

इस मीटिंग में अगर 5 Days Banking ना मिले और तुम बिना स्ट्राइक का नोटिस दिए बाहर आ गए तो समझ लेना की तुम सब हिजड़ों की औलादें हो
