@GMB I HAVE LOST £12 A MONTH IN EXTRA TAX NOW AS THE STATE PENSION WENT UP AND I AM JN THE SAME POSITION AS THE GENTLEMAN ON HERE
HAVE TO WORK PART TIME TO PAY RENT
NIGHT ENTITLED TO ANY HELP IF ANY KIND !

@MartinSLewis Read ! Most of us are not entitled to it ! The full pension isn’t enough to live on , so I work 3 days to pay my rent .. well over the limit for pension credit
Only on the very basic old pension entitled , so stop telling us to claim it .. don’t get housing benefits either

@O2 after going round in circles for days to get into my account .I finally got to speak with a lovely lady at 02 today ,I did not have to change my email at all ,just a change of password, so patient with me and it took awhile for her to sort it ..she was amazing !

@O2 I suddenly can not sign in to my 02 app .. I changed the password but it still comes up with error or if you are new ( which I’m not ) wait 48 hrs
Have rebooted phone , deleted and reinstalled app
Can you help

I have another email address to give them .. still waiting their call

@GMB They won’t pay out but what would help us is to give us a bigger tax allowance, as our pension now nearly takes it all, we have to work part time to survive now !

Then give it to them and they say I will then be able to access my account

@MissOnTheRocks @askrich @tonyhopkins5 @O2 Just spent ages on the phone to 02 and unless I provide a new email address they have said I will not need able to access my account EVER on either the website or app
So now have to get another email address
@O2 this is absolutely unacceptable

@O2 we are all obviously being ignored now over the app or website log in problems
We can not access our accounts which is part of the service you provide and we pay for
Our email address should just be moved over, more and more customers are still waiting to get this resolved
