Anxiety cannot manifest within a calm body. When identifying chaotic feelings gets hard, drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, and sigh. Once the body is soothed, the mind will follow its lead.
Kindness and compassion are fundamental to spirituality. When we discriminate against any gender, race or sexuality we are creating a separation between ourselves and the Divine.

Constantly bringing up the past when someone is trying to change is like removing a brick every time they try & build something greater. Let them grow from their mistakes. If you don’t believe they can change, then peacefully move on. You are not their God so stop punishing them.
