Hello @DGCAIndia, your passenger charter says any ammendments to tickets or cancellations within 24 hours is possible without any charges if flight is beyond 7 days away. @AkasaAir denies any ammendment and initiates refund. @Cleartrip is charging hosts of fees.could you clarify?

Sent Rakhis through Speed Post of India Post on 28th July,2025 but not delivered till today.
Speed post tracking is not working and even post office officials could not track the same on the ground of the hang system. Receipt no.

@ACTFibernet I am using the service from January It was working fine however last 15 day the service quality was very poor. No one responding. They simply send one automated massage and not able connect the customer care. In last seven I have raised 5 service requests
