நிலையை கட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவர புது வண்ணாரப்பேட்டை காவல் ஆய்வாளர் திரு.சேகர் சிங் தலைமையில் விரைந்து வந்த போலீசார் உடனடியாக அவர்களது தாக்குதலில் இருந்து சிவாஜியையும் அவர்களது நிர்வாகியையும் காப்பாற்றி அங்கிருந்து அனுப்பி வைத்து விட்டனர். சிவாஜி அப்பொழுது போலீசாரிடம் நான் புகார் அளிக்கப் போகிறேன் என்று கூற முதலில் இங்கிருந்து கிளம்புங்கள் நாளை புகார் அளித்துக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று கூறி சமாளித்து வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்துவிட்டனர்.

இருந்தும் சிவாஜி 17.07.2026 அன்று இரவு சுமார் 12.19 மணிக்கு அவருடைய அலைபேசியில் இருந்து அவசர உதவியான காவல் துறை கட்டுப்பாட்டறைக்கு (100) போன் செய்து தன்னுடைய புகாரை பதிவு செய்தார்.

இது சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அனைத்து வீடியோ ஆதாரங்களும் போலீசாரிடம் இருக்க, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாட்டிறைச்சிக் கடையின் உரிமையாளர் அலி தூண்டுதலின் பேரில் இஸ்லாமிய அமைப்பை சார்ந்தவர்கள் அவர்கள் எடுத்த முழு வீடியோவில் அவர்கள் தாக்குதல் நடத்தியது கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுத்தது போன்ற முக்கிய பகுதிகளை நீக்கிவிட்டு, வேண்டுமென்றே மதக் கலவரத்தை ஏற்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்கின்ற தீய எண்ணத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு தேவையான வீடியோவை மட்டும் ஊடகங்களிலும், சமூக வலைத்தளங்களிலும் பொய் செய்தியாக பரப்பியும், போலீசில் உண்மைக்கு மாறாக பொய் புகார் கொடுத்தும், சிவாஜி மீது வழக்கு பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், கைது செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் தொடர்ந்து காவல்துறைக்கு அழுத்தம் கொடுத்து வருகின்றனர்.

இதுகுறித்து நடவடிக்கை உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வலியுறுத்தி 17.07.2026 மாலை 6 மணிக்கு பாரத் முன்னணி சார்பில் பாரத் இந்து முன்னணி மற்றும் ஹிந்து அமைப்பை நிர்வாகிகளோடு சென்னை காவல் ஆணையர் அலுவலகத்தில் புகார் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.
