@IndiGo6E Is getting worse day by day. 15 minutes before the flight they are informing about 3 hours 40 min delay in flight. And now the connecting flight will be missed because it is only 30 mins after the arrival. No proper support. Super inconvenience to my old parents.

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @DGCAIndia Passengers also have to spend extra on conveyance and food while the airline is not liable for anything. In case of rescheduling there will be extra expenses for to and fro logistics, food and accommodation. All this for old parents. How is this fair?

@ThePlacardGuy There is a lot of politics going on with Taxi Union vs Goa Miles. Because of this Taxi union guys have become more violent now and take law in their hands. But in the end customers' experience suffers which is bad for Goa Tourism's future. Unfortunately, they are short sighted.
