By September 2005, Israel had unilaterally withdrawn from all areas of the Gaza Strip in hopes for a future of peace. However, on June 15th, 2007, terrorist group Hamas seized power in Gaza after a violent revolt against Fatah, resulting in 188 fatalities within a week. Since then, Hamas has persistently exploited the Palestinian’s as human shields, and has continually brought suffering upon the innocent people of Gaza. Both Palestinians and Israelis suffer from the cruelty Hamas. Free Gaza From Hamas
REPORT: Anti-Israel “activists” in Spain vandalized light rail cars intended for shipment to Israel, covering them in red paint, spray-painting “Destroy Israel,” and smashing their windows. This is part of a deeply alarming surge in antisemitism sweeping across Spain and around the globe.
@SaybrookRam@mokhanhim@Safety If you report it, it’s already flagged under the hate, harassment category. All you have to do is hit done to submit it as a TOS violation
NYC’s Puerto Rican community is central to the very fabric of our city — its culture, history, and spirit. I am proud to represent so many in this amazing community in Congress.
I want to give a special shoutout to @AlvaradoJose15, who so proudly represented Puerto Rico yesterday after winning the NBA championship.
Jose grew up right here in NYC, in NYCHA’s Berry Street Houses. We are so proud of him and lucky that he is such an incredible representative for our city.
The weapons in Gaza are now being turned on the Palestinians. A UN report this week admitted at least 108 Palestinians killed by Hamas in Gaza. Anyone who wants Palestinians safe wants them governed by something other Hamas. Gazans are begging you to hear their call.

The World Cup is in Jersey, so I made sure our Jersey taxpayers weren’t left holding the bag.
That’s why I secured $8.5 million in federal funding for Bergen County officers, State Troopers, and the County Prosecutor keeping everyone safe for 37 days of games.
I’ll always get the backs of those who keep us safe.

Every Flag Day, I think about what our flag means to me. I carried it on my shoulder for decades — in the Navy and at NASA. The flag belongs to all of us, and that’s what today is about.
The DSA keeps recruiting candidates who benefit from America while trashing America. They disrespect the sacrifices of Foundational Black Americans who helped make their opportunities possible.
Her comments about Black men, Arab men, and white women are disgusting. Bigotry doesn't become acceptable just because she's unqualified and a socialist. Imagine she were a conservative? Can you imagine how this would be disqualifying? That's the double standard most Americans had had it with.
I fear we have a cruel month ahead of us: the future of campaign finance law, the definition of Election Day, the fate of birthright citizenship. While I remain hopeful, I am prepared for democracy to leave this month weaker than it entered. https://t.co/WKWGn1CznF
@tiff4mahogany That same clarity applied across the board. No one is forcing you to use contraception or have an abortion if it violates your personal beliefs.
If you feel so strongly that women shouldn’t vote, you should stop voting.
If you feel that’s the right thing, why would do you need Trump to sign legislation taking away someone else’s right?
Start practicing what you preach.
#BREAKING: Hayes: “According to the NYTimes, the USPS has proposed a new rule that would allow it to REFUSE to deliver mail ballots in states that don’t turn over voter rolls to the federal government. That vaguely written rule released last week calls on states to compile lists of mail voters that postal service employees would use to screen ballots for eligibility. And if states refuse to comply, the post office could refuse to send their mail ballots. Can you imagine postal workers deputized by the Trump administration just refusing to deliver mail ballots to Californians? What about states that comply? Imagine postal workers at some place reviewing a state’s voter roll to determine who can vote and who can’t? Its unconstitutional, its chaotic, It’s maybe the wildest attempt yet to interfere in free and fair elections, short of course, of using federal agents to criminally investigate voting rights activists, to raid their office, maybe even perp walk them in for charges. That of course has been a classic old school tactic of election-rigging autocrats for generations around the world.” 😳
There’s room in the Democratic tent for a domestic abusive nazi psycho but not for the woman who spearheaded nearly every piece of Biden’s bipartisan wins like the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, which closed the Boyfriend Loophole and has saved many DV victims’ lives.
UGH
NYC is never beating the Gotham accusations when buses are torched and a mime dances on a police car. You shouldn’t need Batman because the Knicks won a title.
Remember, a 2023 settlement ended NYPD’s ability to kettle mass protests, all in the name of de-escalation.
