@thetrainline Hi William, thank you for your reply. No, the next two Grand Central trains that stopped at Retford were full. The staff from our original train advised us to buy new tickets for an LNER service and claim a refund. Thanks

@TPEassist why are so many trains cancelled this am? My partner booked an early train deliberately this morning to ensure he would get his reserved seat due to a broken arm now he is stuck in Leeds. He has to seat down, can your staff at the station ensure he gets a seat? Thanks
