@Leonajardinho Banks are crazy right now. A friend was offered a new credit card while at the bank. Gets the card in the mail and it's a 28% interest rate!! He has a 848 credit score! What do people with bad credit pay? Wow.

@BarbellFi Until you are sick and the landlord says they won't renew and you have to move and I remember in 2008 people had their car leases come up and they couldn't qualify to buy the car. It's simply not safe to rent everything.

@girdley The first thing is they are VERY expensive for a cookie. Way too big for one serving and sooooo sweet. I could never get past a couple of bites. But my guess would be they are an extra people aren't spending money on anymore.

@Owennfa So you don't want to pay property taxes but I bet you want decent schools for your grandkids right? How about nice streets to drive on, street lights, police and fire and a functioning county/city gov't. That doesn't go away because you paid off your house.

@DerrickEvans4WV The Repubs have done a $6k tax ded for seniors, Trump accts for kids, no tax on tips for service workers, got women's rights back in sports. But the reasons are dwindling! But Dems are scary so would never vote Dem - no cops no prisons - no thanks
