@HM_Passport 10 week lead time for passport renewals currently. Can’t get a 1 week fast track appointment until end of July. I travel in 4 weeks so only option is online premium. Website down. Web chat down. No answer on phones. Waiting for a call back since yesterday. Help!!

@the_LTA This is completely unacceptable. My elderly mother has been coming to Queens for years. Her tickets for last year were not honoured this year and ticket factory website has been down since 10am. Looking forward to Queens is the one thing that has kept her going during lockdown.
