Outside of direct health-centric response to COVID, UI support is the *MOST* essential service the state should be providing right now. And it arguably impacts significantly more people in the state than even that.

New Jerseyans deserve answers on what you’re doing to properly staff UI call centers, resource the website that is now servicing a record number in NJ. If not, we deserve swift replacements of UI office leadership. It’s already over a month out from policy changes. DO BETTER.

@GovMurphy the absolutely abhorrent lack of unemployment support is truly unacceptable. The website tells us to call the call center, the call center tells us to call another number and THAT number has a generic message to “call back tomorrow”, that repeats daily. UNACCEPTABLE.
