hi guys ik i haven’t posted here in a while. things got pretty bad for me mentally. anyways ive decided to attempt recovery. my hair has been falling out like crazy and i havent had my period in 4 months. idk im just tired at this point. maybe in recovery i’ll finally be happy 🫶🏼
y’all i’m only one bite in and it legitimately brought tears to my eyes. this is the best ice cream i’ve ever tasted. there’s even crumbled pieces of actual caramelized biscuit in it. oh my godddddddd
during my hiatus i was rushing to the store + needed a pair of jeans so i grabbed what i thought was my old bf style jeans. put them on & went “theyre a lil too baggy now” but when i looked in the mirror i realized they werent my old bf style jeans, these were my old skinny jeans
got tired of waiting so even tho i’m not at my goal i’m posting my body checks…

i’m just sitting here looking at my stomach and it’s all bloated and gross and i’m just like why tf would i eat 450 calories in ice cream looking like that yk
@draculaurakcals i’m sorry to hear that. we had home economics in elementary too and they taught us to bake and sew. that’s the main reason i know how to sew now.
yo i remember doing the exact same thing in high school expect they didn’t ask for us to add the calories so i just “estimated what i thought a normal person would eat” and got sent to the school counselor of not eating enough on my imaginary bulked up meal plan 😭😭
@draculaurakcals yea we had this in highschool home economics. it was only 2-3 classes worth of learning the bmi scale, diff diets across the world (ex: mediterranean) and calories/macros. then they made us write down what we ate for one day. but they taught us about other things in the class too
starting to journal has legit healed something in me and helps me so so much on a daily basis i already filled a whole notebook and i’m tearing through the second one like nobody’s business
@punishercrime omg actually dates in general is such a lightbulb moment because i totally get what you’re saying how it has that same flavor profile and i think i could really enjoy cutting a few dates into the oats 😱
ok whats a good oatmeal topping ? i use crushed up cereal bars bc i want that crunchy sweet chocolatey vibe for the topping. granola/cereal is out of the question bc if it’s in the house i will b/p the entire box. but 2 cereal bars is 132cals which is more than the oatmeal itself
