An FIR is already filed in Whitefield Police Stn - FIR No 0502/2025 filed on 22/7/2025, under the Section 326(c) of BNS. This George's company 'Whitefield Ventures LLP' and 'CMG Security', have blocked off the rain water drains that remove rain water from this compound via a public drain built by the BBMP, alongside a public road, to Pattandur Agrahara Lake 54. They have not only blocked the outlets, they have also covered the drain with soil. And it is not even located on their property, it is located on a public road that goes to Sri Muneshwara temple. (Videos of the act are posted further up the thread)

Consequence? The senior Citizens compound and basement are flooded! The compound walls may give away and collapse, vehicles parked in the basement might get damaged. Why does this man terrorise all his neighbours? Is he fit to be a public servant at all? Is this how ministers behave in a democracy? If the flooding gets worse and property is damaged further, or if there is any injury or death, who will be responsible @siddaramaiah @DrParameshwara?

@DrParameshwara despite there being a clear section on blockage of drains - mischief causing inundation - why hasn't the police taken any action yet?
