This is the good stuff.
A member at my home club in Scotland just celebrated his 100th birthday by hitting a drive off the first tee, surrounded by family and fellow members.
Says he still plays a few holes every week.
Here’s to you George McLeod 👍
First-year Diego Carrillo had it going today, carding a 4-under 67 in the final round at the UW-Stout Invite, the lowest known score for @knox_golf in 19 years!

It has been a pleasure to be a @TheSolheimCup ambassador and to live the tournament on site with my family. Congratulations to @SolheimCupEuro for the victory and also to @SolheimCupUSA for an amazing performance! 👏🏼
Hole of the Day
Colorado Golf Club
No. 16 - par 5 - 585 yards
The 16th presents a conundrum off the tee with its dual fairways. The safe play is to go left and have a longer approach to the reachable par 5 from a far worse angle. Those that go down the more dangerous and narrow right side are rewarded with an approach that funnels into a wild green. While the tee shot is more difficult down the right, the remainder of the hole is far more difficult from the left. If you can pull off the approach shot you will end up with a good opportunity for an eagle.
A moment of silence 🇺🇸
This morning at Sleepy Hollow, just 35 miles north of Ground Zero, competitors took off their hats and saluted the Stars and Stripes.

Earlier this week, @DJPie set out on a journey to play the top 10 public golf courses in Wisconsin in under 40 hours.
He lived to tell the tale.

10 of the country's top 100 public courses are here in Wisconsin. So the @WSGAGolf asked me and @SWatsonTV if we could play them all in 2 days.
Sunday: Irish, Straits, BWR River/Meadow, The Bull
Monday: Sand Valley, Mammoth, Sentry, Lawsonia, Erin Hills.

I love how ‘alive’ i feel when in a tournament with a chance to qualify or win. Rarely get it done, but the alchemy of calmness, presence, distraction, focus and fear is for me, at 68, an experience i hope to have many more times before i go to the Augusta National in the sky.
Breaking news in the golf course industry: @KingCollinsGolf is set to design a new 18-hole course at the Kohler Resort. This will be Rob Collins and Tad King's biggest opportunity yet, building a course for one of America's premier resorts.
