I’m generally not known for mincing words, this post will be no exception.

I’ve noticed several very loud ppl suffering from what I call “the little dick club” pretending to be part of the truth movement denigrating others because they are “just a such and such” as if they have no value because they are not “an operator.”

During my career in the military, I was never “an operator” and as a result I had the ability to interact with most of the different operational elements of the Air Force: intelligence, special ops, strategic air command, combat forces, airlift, etc. Each tribe has different attributes but they do have many distinct qualities that make their tribe unique. It was amazing to be integrated into each of these operations and unlike the ppl inside the tribe you gain immeasurable amounts of insight being able to move among them both positive and negative.

Some are receptive to advice from support personnel to keep them out of hot water and others are not. I’ve watched a general promoted to 3 stars not only be removed from that promotion list but retired as a one star for ignoring sound advice during a meeting I personally attended and may or may not have been among those providing the advice. A SOCCENT commander, on the Army 2 star list suffered the same consequences for a very similar reason. There was a two star retired as a colonel... It’s a long list and this is just the ones I know about, not an exhaustive list by any means.

When you summarily dismiss the value of other professions, you severely limit the effectiveness of the overall mission. It’s an arrogance of the little dick club that ultimately bites them in the ass and jeopardizes the overall mission.

The ppl screaming at you that they are the experts, while simultaneously denouncing ppl as just a (fill in the blank) bares watching. Your place in a truth movement isn’t based on stomping on team mates, demeaning their value, etc and should be based on what you bring to the fight. The people that invite everyone in, evaluate information and drawn conclusions are the most reliable folks in the truth movement.
