Customer service deteriorated in PSBs due to acute Staff shortage. PSBshave slowed down recruitments resulting in unfavorable working condition, unrealistic target & stress to staffs.Recruitment in vacant posts needs to be addressed by UFBU to have #WorkLifeBalance
