@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 It does not matter RB is 5th, thats missing the point. The point is they are making decisions based on whats best for another team. Haas is not doing that and Williams never did it previously.
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 Merc does not have juniors in other teams. Ferrari does, but it's very different. Ollie was an upgrade over KMag. Haas chose him because he was better for them, not for Ferrari. Now they've chosen Camara, again, because its better for Haas. Not better for Ferrari.
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 It's 100% good and warranted for Red Bull to drop Lawson (because they clearly dont believe he has a future), get Tsolov experience and evaluate him against Arvid. But that's the point. It's good for Red Bull, not RB. It makes RB unserious.
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 Now you're just describing the problem yourself. RedBull acts as one team that uses the other team as a feeder team, and it doesn't matter how that 2nd team performs. It's an unserious team, because it's not operating to compete as good as it can.
@venkateshkoka@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 Then you should work on your reading comprehension.
I'll put it simply. Haas and Williams make decisions based on what's best for them. RB (or Red Bull for RB) makes decisions based on what's best for Red Bull. It's not serious competing, and it does not matter how good they are
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 Tsolov might very well be the better driver, than Liam or Arvid, in a few years, but he'll be that for RedBull. Not RB. Certainly not next year. That's the whole point. It's just about exploring potential and setting up ANOTHER team for success, not the one they are driving for.
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 RB wants to drop the driver that ALONE got them to 5th and is clearly improving and not declining. That's unserious competing and proves that RB only exists to fill the talent pipeline of Red Bull, rather than competing on its own terms. And i think thats problematic for F1.
@OhNoRaebo@albondinga81 No. Both are actually trying to compete and are making decisions based on whats best for performance. Ocon has been dropping off for the last 3 years and is underperforming vs. Ollie. Williams didn't even want to take Kimi for development. RB wants to drop the better driver.
@finnatcon Merihaka is by no means "commie blocks". It's a brutalist masterpiece that will one day be appreciated and loved like the art nouveau of Eira or the classicism of Etu-Töölö.
Et kuitenkaan pidä liikennerikkomuksiin syyllistyneen mopoilijan hengen vaarantamista absurdina?
@m1962ch@MV33Racing What lol? He was 51-17 in qualifying, 31-17 in races and 59-16 in points vs. Zhou over their 3 years. And he's only trailing 5-6 in qualifying vs. Perez and ahead of him in the championship. What are you smoking?
