Dont say some exception case and argue.....no lunch time is lost

The salary you get is for this type of work only, because Govt owns your banks. Otherwise why would any banker will get 80-90k

For a new Scale 1 officer total gross with all perks crosses more than 80-90k . thats insane.

It is non compliance of the assessee to the notices issued to him.
And in few cases payment of credit card bills using cash leads to such assessments.
