Senate President, and Speaker of the House of Reps are elected by the elected Senators and House members respectively.

CJN is appointed by the President on the recommendation of the NJC and must be confirmed by the Senate.

It's naive for Nigerians to believe that a sitting CJN can ever remove an elected President in an election tribunal.
President is elected in a general election.
Senate and house of Reps are elected by their respective senatorial zones and constituencies.
