@usgraphics Rare disagree here actually. Youtube recommendations are absolutely fantastic for me, have found many cool videos through it. Always very careful now what to open in youtube to not ruin it lol
@mikker The new one looks so good
I got the framework 13 three years ago, and while I really enjoy it it's build quality left things to be desired for.
Especially the display hinges are quite bad.
Really excited and hopefull the 13 pro to be better
@usgraphics After their building in Canary wharf got taken over a few years ago by Revolut unfortunately the ticker went away as well. Looked incredible. Sharp, dense, no animations.
I need to read more man pages. Every time I do it it's great.
Just briefly read the one for htop.
Turns out it has some awesome features, like by going on a process and hitting s just strace that process.
Or showing all open files of a process by just hitting lowercase L
@mikker@marckohlbrugge In other words I haven't seen an LLM coming up with "elegant" and simple solutions, and maybe that isn't what you're describing because you come up with these but still trying to figure this out
@mikker@marckohlbrugge How much of an issue has it been for you that the codebase ends up messy over time? It's been one of the major issues I've had that agents add more and more complexity, without (obviously) feeling the weight of the complexity until they can't handle it themselves anymore
@petewilz its actually really cool that companies can now build bespoke tools/processes/workflow/automations that previously just required too much firepower for it to be economical
