@SuvenduWB @paulagnimitra1 @WBPolice Eunch/Hijras are hijacking elderly people in homes, verbally abusing them and showing nudity to extort huge sums of money in the name of childbirth and other occasions in Narendrapur-Sonarpur. Local police are either sleeping or helping them.

Most modern workplaces have moved to a 5-day work week. Banking should move forward too.

Better work-life balance. Better productivity. Happier employees.

Honour the commitment. Make 5-day banking a reality.@DFS_India @PMOIndia @FinMinIndia

5-Day Banking is no longer just a demand—it’s a long-pending commitment that deserves action.

We urge the Government to honour its commitment and address the pending issues concerning 5-Day Banking, Fair PLI, Bilateral Discussions and resolution of residual issues.

@PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri Booked LPG refill on 3rd April and it’s still not delivered. As per Ministry of P&G there is no supply issue for domestic cylinders—then what explains this delay? Consumers deserve timely service and accountability. #LPG #DeliveryDelay #ConsumerRights

To everyone who thinks bankers are KAAMCHOR.
I have a little suggestion for you.

Take a day off. And visit the branch you think have kaamchor employees.
Stay there for an entire day. Then share ur experience. Deal?

(P.S. Your breakfast lunch etc will be arranged by me)

[Sourabh Jha @saurabhwidu]

It’s 2026. Digital banking operates 24/7, yet we still tie bank staff to 6-day physical shifts? Moving to a 5-day week is how we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
It’s time to trade outdated schedules for modern efficiency.

[All India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC) @aiboc_in]

A rested workforce serves the public better. With staff shortages and rising stress, 5-day banking is a service-quality issue, not a “perk.” UFBU has pursued this since 2015; IBA has recommended it to the Government (MoU 07-12-2023), and it’s included in the 12th Bipartite/9th Joint Note (08-03-2024), pending clearances.
Let’s finish what’s already agreed.

🚨 Indian Bank or Labour Camp? Banker Suicides, Threats, and Forced Work Continue

When we are resting at home today then Bankers of @MyIndianBank still doing bounded labour. Messages from Ahmedabad ZO under ZM Prabhat Ranjan Sinha expose the suicidal work culture killing bankers silently.

👉 “Branches should not be closed without ₹10 lakh settlement”
👉 “No officer including Branch Managers will leave the station”
👉 “Branches will be opened tomorrow and day after tomorrow”
👉 “ZO officials is checking who is absent, punishment will follow”

Is this a PSU bank or a forced labour camp?

In just this month, three bankers have died by suicide due to work pressure. Yesterday, a court employee also ended his life. Yet, instead of introspection, empathy or accountability, top management is tightening the noose.

DEAF accounts are a systemic issue, not a branch-level crime. You cannot “hunt people”, force KYC, threaten officers, and extort targets just to protect your review slides.

Bankers are human beings.
They have families.
They have mental limits.

When seniors start behaving like colonial masters, tragedies are inevitable.

If another suicide happens, the blood will not be on the branch staff’s hands.
It will be on toxic Zonal Heads, CO officials, and their illegal verbal orders.

India is not on the brink of World War III
but Indian banking is at war with its own employees.

Business at any cost?
Then be ready to answer for the cost in human lives.

Enough is enough.

[Sourabh Jha @saurabhwidu]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN The same repeated answers i am getting for a very simple question in DM’s also.why no straight answer to the question whether customer consent is required for rescheduling of the appointment or not?

[Sourabh Jha @saurabhwidu]

@amazonIN is not able to provide such a simple service of geyser installation. Most of the sevice technicians are a bunch of liars giving fake excuses to not fulfill the appntmnt timings and rescheduling the appntmnts on their https://t.co/Z6ZTn9zivP seems amazon has no control

[Sourabh Jha @saurabhwidu]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN if it is not possible to provide the service then cancel it and refund the money without wasting the customer’s time

रेल मंत्री@AshwiniVaishnaw की ध्यान दें।

🚨 Baranagar Station (Sealdah Division) 🚨
