A booking (ID: 420369, dated 24/02/2026) is shwng in my acnt, wiz we nvr plcd nor rcvd.
Due 2 diz, we cldn’t rebook fr 25 days. We fnlly buked on 22/03/2026 (ID: 557716), bt it’s still not delivered.
Please help urgently, we are out of gas.
