@defikito@comet@AravSrinivas@perplexity_ai I think most of these use cases are realistic. I tried @comet but couldn’t find much value. One of the use cases I tried where I opened gmail on it, and asked it to remove thousands of emails in my inbox which was advertising or spams. It ended up in what seemed like endless loop
@MerlinUnited Me and my friend were discussing the managerial situation last month, and he said “if United were looking for a manager, ETH is excactly the type of manager they would sign”.
@petesunitedPOV I am 36, born in India (football was not a popular sport in the country). First football exposure was 98 WC. First club match I saw (can’t even remember it was highlights or live) was Utd vs Bayern 99 ucl final. Fell in love with Utd ever since. Eth in!
@MerlinUnited I don’t know the scene in UK, but does anyone take Mirror and Sun as serious news outlets? My exposure to them is only news related to United, not sure how they do in non sports news.
@RedMarrow_ Think about midfield. We can’t have Mainoo play 90 mins for 55 + games in a season. But we can’t also replace him with Mctomminay. Do we splurge on that position knowing we have a generational talent in Mainoo? Same for Garnacho’s position
@RedMarrow_ There are two ways you can get players with high ceiling. You pay a massive amount, which is not possible right now for a significant number of positions. Or you buy players early on, but those players take time to reach ceiling, and worst case might turn out like Martial.
@RedMarrow_ To your example of Shaw/Malacia, I feel (you can differ) getting someone with higher ceiling than Shaw should not be a priority atm, because he is very good.
