@UberIN_Support Require serious action against this thief if a driver boarded by Uber Kolkata. He did not allow passenger to off board without having him pay the entire amount to his personal account, even though the trip was booked for autodeduct. This is unacceptable

Wheelchair assistance was not provided in @KolkataAirport dedpite opting for it, my aged father (also a senior citizen) had to push the wheelchair till the bus and my mother (also senior c. and with restricted mobility) had to climb and walk. Pathetic @IndiGo6E and ground staff.
