searched everywhere. Then my son told me he knows where the ipad is and he opened the freezer. To my shock I saw the ipad in the freezer and it was totally frozen. Clueless what to do , We kept the ipad in sun for one whole day and next day switched it on.

We have a 4 year old who was shattered with this experience and fall sick.
I almst suffered a panic attack.
I would suggest @KLM @airfrance to have complete information about visa requirements for each country.
Such experience is un expected from such a reputed airline cmny.

The gentleman went into a call with customer service and lastly we were allowed to check in just 30 mins before the aircraft would take off.
This was a very stressful situation as it was a family vac and we had members coming from diff parts of the world to Dubai for a vac. 5/6

He told us that KLM site is not up to date and that we wd need Dubai visa.
We were asked to step aside and said we could not board the airlines.
We asked him to talk to his supervisor or cst care . Then he was cnvd but unfortunately our boarding pass was not getting printed 4/6

However when we rchd the airport and wanted to check in our bag and collect the boarding pass, the gntlmn at the counter said we would need to have Dubai visa. We showed him the sc from Dubai on arrival visa counter and KLM website which mntd that visa is not needed for us. 3/6

We had confirmed the same with KLM customer chat and website. Emirates airlines also confirmed the same. Plus we had screenshot from Dubai airport visa on arrival counter which mentions the same.

@KLM @airfrance I had a horrible experience travelling with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from Birmingham to Dubai on 15th April.
We had the information that Indian passport holders with UK residence permit can visit Dubai with on arrival visa at Dubai airport. 1/4
