सरकारी विद्यालयों के सुदृढ़ीकरण की दिशा में निरंतर प्रयास
राजस्थान में सरकारी विद्यालयों को बेहतर, सुरक्षित और आधुनिक बनाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य किया जा रहा है। आधारभूत सुविधाओं, भवन निर्माण एवं मरम्मत, स्मार्ट क्लास, प्रयोगशालाओं, कक्षा-कक्ष तथा छात्र-छात्राओं की आवश्यक सुविधाओं के विस्तार पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।
विगत दो बजटों में विद्यालयी आधारभूत ढाँचे के लिए ₹12,335 करोड़ की कार्ययोजना सहित अनेक महत्वपूर्ण प्रावधान किए गए हैं। इनमें विद्यालय आधारभूत कोष, नए विद्यालय भवन, हजारों विद्यालयों की मरम्मत, कक्षा-कक्ष एवं लैब निर्माण, KGBV एवं छात्रावासों में सुविधाओं का विस्तार तथा स्मार्ट क्लास, ICT और साइंस लैब के लिए ₹697 करोड़ की अतिरिक्त राशि प्रमुख है। DMFT, SDRF एवं मुख्यमंत्री जनसहभागिता से भी 20 हजार से अधिक विद्यालयों में सुदृढ़ीकरण कार्य प्रगति पर हैं।
विद्यालयों का विकास केवल भवनों तक सीमित नहीं है। शिक्षक, अभिभावक, SDMC/SMC, जनप्रतिनिधि, स्थानीय समुदाय और शिक्षा विभाग की सहभागिता से विद्यालयों का सर्वांगीण विकास अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है।
विद्यालयों की कमियों को सामने लाना लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया है, लेकिन समाधान का मार्ग संवाद, सहयोग और सकारात्मक सहभागिता से ही प्रशस्त होगा।
सरकारी विद्यालय मजबूत होंगे, तो राजस्थान का भविष्य मजबूत होगा।

We have videos... live, unedited videos and we have all the evidence. If they also have any evidence, let them present it. There is no issue. Who indulged in hooliganism and who assaulted whom? All the evidence is before the public. This will also allow the impartiality of the police to be exposed before the country. There is no question of us being concerned about this. We have already shared the photographs, and you can check them. The people who carried out the attack have direct links with the BJP. In fact, one or two of them themselves said that they are in the BJP and will remain in the BJP. The villagers had called us there. The local residents had invited us and had already told us that outsiders had been brought in to create trouble, assault people and pelt stones."

सरकार ने छात्र सुरक्षा के नाम पर ऐसी गाइडलाइन जारी की है, जिसमें स्कूल परिसर में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के साथ-साथ वीडियोग्राफी और फोटोग्राफी पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है। इतना ही नहीं, गाइडलाइन की अवहेलना करने पर गंभीर कानूनी कार्रवाई का प्रावधान किया गया है।

सरकार का आदेश स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाता है कि वह स्कूलों की वास्तविक स्थिति को सामने आने से रोकना चाहती है। पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के बजाय मीडिया और अन्य लोगों को कवरेज से रोकना सरकार की नीयत पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है।

जनता समझदार है और सरकार की मंशा समझ चुकी है।

राजस्थान के जोधावास, थानागाजी स्थित स्कूल में मरम्मत कार्य शुरू हो गया है। यह वही स्कूल है जहाँ हम पिछले हफ़्ते गए थे।

क्लासरूम्स की मरम्मत की जा रही है, जर्जर भवन को ज़मींदोज़ कर दिया गया है। वाशरूम और प्लेग्राउंड भी जल्द तैयार हो जाएगा।

इसी के लिए तो हम लड़ रहे है। स्कूल ठीक हो, बच्चे अच्छे से पढ़ सके। किसी भी समझदार और देशभक्त व्यक्ति को इसमें दिक्कत नहीं हो सकती।
