IE: Italy went 7-2 in qualifiers — only games they didn’t win were against Norway- a top 10 team misranked in the 30s.

Then Bosnia eliminated them 1-1 in final (pks).

In every pool of four there’s a chance the top 3 tie at 2-1 and a really good team either WINS or goes home based on tiebreakers.
