Whatever happened to a good pedicure? You know like when they would dig into the bottom of your feet when massaging or when they would beat the sides of your calves. Like when did we stop doing that?? Because I miss it!
I’m honestly shocked that Queen Elizabeth had corgis because Shelby’s got two of those suckers and Hazel bulldozed me over and broke my foot. That seems a bit like a safety hazard.
The first patient I ever had as a new nurse, fresh off of orientation, was a three year old with cancer. His mom texted me yesterday to let me know that his battle was over and that he was at peace now. My heart is broken, but I am so grateful for the field that I am in.
Welcome back to another week of being a 22 year old nurse who pays her own bills and is in the process of buying stuff for her wedding. We are back to having $35 in our bank account and we don’t get paid for another week. The question is… do I use the $35 for gas or groceries???
That unemployment rate is still going to be high if you don’t get these freaking gas prices down! I’ve almost had to call into work twice for not having gas or money to pay for gas!
In less than a year and a half, we’ve achieved the strongest job market in decades and the fastest decline in unemployment on record.
Fighting inflation is a top priority, but Americans can have confidence that our economy faces this challenge from a position of strength.
I’ve prayed that I’d get moved to days soon at my job because I know driving to Shreveport 7 nights in row would to whip my butt and today my boss texted me, on the last day of orientation, to tell me that I will be starting on days next week! NO ONE starts on days! #ThankGod
When I failed previous nursing classes I would get so upset that I wouldn’t be graduating with my original class and @shelbygreen_x would look at me and start singing “God’s Plan” by Drake.
I just told Shelby that I passed nursing school and she said “Alepsa play God’s Plan!”😂
