@laurencbusch Basically the only thing that helped was not drinking a ton. I still drink but I’ve cut way back and pace myself way more. I’ll get a slight buzz here and there but I try and never let myself get more than that. It’s just not worth it to me anymore mentally.

@laurencbusch Omg yes. This started happening to me last winter/spring. Every time I drank a lot or got drunk I’d wake up the next day in a huge anxious/depressive state. It was a bummer because I’d have fun the night before only to feel like shit the next day.
