Think of where we are today, if it wouldn't be for the FEPOWs or Civilians caught up in the far east, Europe and everywhere else, we wouldn't have the world we live in.
Lets do this so everyone is remembered.

So no houses can be built at Snibston, so why hasnt the smaller museum been built yet as promised?
Red zone and outer blue line is site of a recreational covenant. Blue area may be declassified but hasnt been yet.
@mhclg@kitmalthouse Coalville is abandoned, locals are not listened to. Maybe Government could step up and help rebuild Coalville?
Snibston closed, and a new museum has been promised its not here yet

@ABridgen Why do the council want to build houses when they legally cannot ?
Why do the council want to give up on Coalville when they are meant to be working for the people ?
Isn't it time they built a new visitor attraction at Snibston as they promised?

@Number10press do illegal housing estates get policed by government (You know the ones built when they legally shouldn't be, especially if covenants are in place ) ...perhaps you need to look into Coalville in detail
@bbcemt@reachleicester@ITVCentral
The Recreational Use only Covenant at Snibston is still officially in place, so I wonder how houses can be built on the site. Are New Build Houses the new visitor attractions, with a different exhibit in each ?
Why isnt a museum on site?
The Covenant at Snibston officially still stands. @CoalAuthority have agreed to amend a small part of it, yet the transaction of amendment has not yet completed. So the site remains as for Recreational Use Only
