సత్యసాయి జిల్లా కేంద్రం పుట్టపర్తిలోని సాయి ఆరామంలో నిర్వహించిన జిల్లా స్థాయి సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో రాష్ట్ర బీసీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీమతి సబిత గారితో కలిసి పాల్గొన్నాను. జిల్లా సర్వతోముఖావృద్ధికి తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలు, చేయాల్సిన కార్యక్రమాల గురించి వివరించాను. అవసరమైన సలహాలు, సూచనలు ఇచ్చాను.

అన్ని సహజ వనరులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ దశాబ్దాలుగా వెనబడిన ప్రాంతం సత్యసాయి జిల్లా. సత్యసాయి ట్రస్ట్​, దార్శనికత, పరిణతి కలిగిన కొందరు నాయకుల వల్ల కొంత అభివృద్ధి చెందినప్పటికీ మిగిలిన జిల్లాలతో పోలిస్తే ఇప్పటికీ వెనకబడే ఉంది. దీన్ని అధిగమించేందుకు, జిల్లాను అభివృద్ధి పథంలో నడిపేందుకు చేయాల్సిన కార్యక్రమాల గురించి వివరించాను.

కేంద్రం పథకాలు, గ్రాంట్స్​ను సమర్థంగా ఉపయోగించుకోవడం, అర్హులందరికీ సంక్షేమ ఫలాలు అందేలా చూడడంలో అధికారులు వ్యవహరించాల్సిన తీరును గుర్తుచేశాను. ప్రజల అవసరాలు, ఆశలు, ఆకాంక్షలు తీర్చేలా పనిచేయాలని సూచించాను. కేవలం సంక్షేమానికే పరిమితం కాకుండా అభివృద్ధి మీద దృష్టి పెట్టాలని కోరాను. జిల్లాలో విస్తారంగా ఉన్న కనెక్టివిటీ, భూములను ఉపయోగించుకొని పరిశ్రమలు తీసుకువచ్చేలా తద్వారా ఉపాధి కల్పించేలా పనిచేయాలని సూచించాను.

జిల్లా అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో అధికారులకు పూర్తి స్వేచ్ఛ ఉంటుందని చెప్పాను. ప్రజాసంక్షేమం, అభివృద్ధి విషయంలో గౌరవ ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారు, గౌరవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారిని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకొని ముందుకు సాగాలని కోరాను. ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు కలిసికట్టుగా జిల్లాను అభివృద్ధి చేసి, ఆదర్శవంతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని సూచించాను.

ధర్మవరం నుంచి చెన్నైకి ఆర్టీసీ నూతన సూపర్​ లగ్జరీ బస్సు సర్వీసు ప్రారంభించాను. వ్యాపార కేంద్రం ధర్మవరం నుంచి చెన్నైకి ఒక కొత్త బస్సు సర్వీసు అవసరం ఉండేది. ఆ అవసరాన్ని తీర్చేలా పుట్టపర్తి, కదిరి, మదనపల్లె, తిరుపతి మీదుగా వెళ్లే ఈ బస్సును ఏపీఎస్ ​ఆర్టీసీ ప్రవేశపెట్టింది.

ధర్మవరం నుంచి చెన్నై వెళ్లే వ్యాపారస్థులకు, కార్గో సర్వీసులకు ఈ బస్సు సర్వీసు ఎంతో ఉపయోగకరం. అలాగే తిరుపతి, చెన్నైలో చదువుకునేవాళ్లకు, ఉద్యోగం చేసుకునేవాళ్లకూ ఉపయోగపడుతుంది.

తిరుమల వేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి దర్శనానికి వెళ్లే భక్తులు ఆన్​లైన్​లో టికెట్లు బుక్​ చేసుకునేలా లింకప్​నూ ఈ బస్సు ద్వారా ఆర్టీసీ వాళ్లు కల్పించారు. ఈ సర్వీసును ధర్మవరం వ్యాపారస్థులు, విద్యార్థులు, ప్రజలు, ఉద్యోగులు వినియోగించుకోవాల్సిందిగా కోరుతున్నాను.

ధర్మవరం నియోజకవర్గం బత్తలపల్లి మండలం మాల్యవంతం వద్ద బొలేరో వాహనం బోల్తా పడిన ఘటనలో గాయపడిన కూలీలను ఈరోజు పరామర్శించాను. అనంతపురంలోని సన్​రే​ ఆస్పత్రిలో చికిత్సపొందుతున్న బాధితులతో మాట్లాడి వాళ్లకు అందుతున్న వైద్య సదుపాయాల గురించి అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నాను.

గాయపడిన వారికి మెరుగైన వైద్య చికిత్స అందించాలని డాక్టర్లను కోరాను. బాధితులకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని రకాలుగా అండగా ఉంటుందని హామీ ఇచ్చాను. బాధితులందరూ కూలీలే కావడంతో వారిని ఆర్థికంగా ఆదుకునే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని నా కార్యాలయ సిబ్బందిని ఆదేశించాను.
