Our brilliant @CityofCT conservationists recently rediscovered Cotula myriophylloides (the salt pan daisy) in @CapeTown. This critically endangered species was presumed extinct in @CapeTown until now.

Today I visited the confluence of the Diep & Mosselbank Rivers just outside Philadelphia.
I’ve long been wanting to visit this point: where the two largest rivers to flow into & through Cape Town meet.
Nature is powerful.
