Midwives in Sweden tends to clamp the umbilical cord in a way that is more natural and practical in their daily, clinical work
We called all labor departments in Sweden twice, and asked 95 midwives about their clamping practice.

In very #preterm infants, delayed cord clamping (at least 60 s, w/o milking) reduced the risk of death or major disability at 2 years by 17%, compared with immediate cord clamping
