No doubt dumping stopped but remediation still not complete. Leachete still visible. Complete remediation first , plantation later.

@HsvpHaryana gets a notice for environmental compensation for C&D waste for sector 5 Panchkula but does that absolve them of the responsibility of compensation on the tremendous amount of garbage too being dumped in the sane Sector. Will @Haryana_spcb look into that too.
