I received a notification about a Sent to court challan NVMCM2600284826. The challan was raised against my registered vehicle MH04MB2083, but the violating vehicle number displayed in the evidence is MH04MV2038. I am not even able to raise a grievance. (1/2)

@Navimumpolice Hello, I have already visited the Mira Road traffic police station. Since the chalan NVMCM26002848261 is in 'Sent to court ' status, the officer informed me to lodge a grievance but the system will not let me. How can this be resolved?

Chalan number NVMCM26002848261nis still reflecting against vehicle number MH04MB2083 which belongs to me. While the picture clearly shows the offending vehicle number is MH04MV2083. Need this to be resolved please. Do share next steps if any.

Furthermore, I am unable to raise a grievance as the challan is in Sent to court status. My local Mira road traffic police station asked me to visit the station where the challan was issued which is in Navi Mumbai to address my concern.

@OnePlus_IN I reported a fault with my TV display 3 weeks ago. A tech diagnosed the fault over 10 days back and submitted a request for a display replacement and that I would get a message or email. No update yet and your cust care number (1800 102 8411) is busy... Ridiculous!
