In my case series, I have few cases of Sleeve, precisely because I provide a lot of information about what Bariatric Surgery is and its long-term goals. My previous question was about the increase in cases of intestinal diversions associated with Sleeve.

👉🏻Greater efficacy and durability, better comorbidity management, higher comorbidity remission rates, only treatment with reliable data for ⬇️ in adiposity-related MACE, cirrhosis, ESRD, cancer, and mortality.

What’s more? It’s more cost-effective than newer medical therapies.

Simply, surgery is grossly underutilized. If you know the literature on obesity, this is the only conclusion you can make.
