The KRG will pay nearly 550,000 employees and pensioners through MyAccount this week, including almost 100,000 people in Slemani province.

This month, more than 60,000 pensioners will be paid digitally, ending the long queues we've all seen in the harsh winters and summers. It means dignity, peace of mind and comfort for our loved ones.

With this payment, nearly $400 million will circulate through the region’s financial sector — allowing the country's top banks in MyAccount to focus on new products, loans/credit, and help grow the economy.

MyAccount is a national programme in line with the cabinet's promise to reduce cash and improve quality of life for citizens. Prime Minister @masrourbarzani announced it in 2023.

اليوم يُكتب التاريخ في عنكاوا

بعد قرابة خمسون عاماً ، بقرار جريء وتاريخي من قبل السيد مسرور بارزاني اليوم يغلق ملف تع��يضات اراضي عنكاوا في المطار ومحرماته وسياجه لصالح فلاحي عنكاوا الاحباء، ارض المعسكر القديم والمطار الحربي القديم، يعوض أصحابها بقرار رئيس الوزراء بمنح التعويض القانوني لفلاحي وملاك الأراضي من اهالي عنكاوا، بقرار استثنائي وجريء صدر عن دولة رئيس الوزراء كاك مسرور بارزاني بعد موافقة دولته على مقترحات اللجنة الخاصة التي تشكلت بقرار من لدنه وعملت لأكثر من سنتين لحسم هذا الملف الصعب.

اليوم وضع دولته حجر الأساس لمشروعين جديدين استراتيجيين لعنكاوتنا الحبيبة ، مشروع سكني للشباب المسيحي يتكون من ٧٢٠ شقة ومساحات خضراء وخدمات، تحت مسمى مجمع بيث حدياب، ليصبح في المستقبل القريب مدينة شبابية سكنية تضم ابناء شعبنا وامتنا ومدينتنا الحبيبة عنكاوا.

واما المشروع الثاني فهو حديقة عامة عائلية ستقام على مساحة اكثر من مائة الف متر مربع في عنكاوا بأسم گنّاثا دبابل اي جنائن بابل لتكون متنفسا عائليا لعوائلنا الكريمة في عنكاوا وبتصميم عصري جميل.

وهنا حجر أسود يسمى "السبج" بأيدي البروفيسور مايدا وهو خبير في الأدوات الحجرية. ولدهشته تم اكتشاف هذا الحجر في هذه الشاكار تابا لأنه لا يمكن إنتاج حجر السج في العراق الحالي لأنه يحتاج إلى البراكين.

لذلك فإن وجود هذا الحجر يشير إلى وجود تجارة بعيدة المدى منذ حوالي 8000 سنة بين الشاكار تابا ومكان ما في تركيا الحالية حيث توجد أنشطة بركانية. أخبرني البروفيسور أيضًا أنهم يستطيعون تحديد الموقع الدقيق الذي نشأ منه هذا الحجر بال��ريقة العلمية. أليس هذا أمرًا مدهشًا!

Here’s a black stone called “obsidian” in the hands of Prof.Maeda who is an expert of stone tools. To his surprise, this stone was discovered in this Shakar Tapa because no obsidian stone can be produced in the current Iraq because it needs volcanoes.

Therefore the presence of this stone indicates there was a long-distance trade around the time of 8000 years ago between Shakar Tapa and somewhere in the current Turkey where there are volcanic activities. Professor told me also that they can identify an exact location from which this stone is originated by scientific method. Isn’t it amazing!
