A 22 year old made $12,000 last month from a Pixar-quality cartoon your kid watches on repeat.

The bunny in the cartoon is made of marshmallow. It tries to steal a macaron off a counter and gets caught by a labrador in a police hat. Your kid laughs at the same frame every loop. Cries when you take the iPad. Asks for the bunny by name.

The bunny does not have a name. It was generated in 75 seconds last Tuesday in a bedroom in Manchester.

Her channel is a clone of a real cartoon called Sheriff Labrador. The original has 10.2 million subscribers and 1,000 videos. The original is owned by a Korean animation studio with 38 employees. Her clone has 91,000 subscribers and 64 videos. Each one of her videos took 75 seconds to generate. Each one earns between $400 and $3,200 a month in ad revenue. Forever.

She opens YouTube. Types "sheriff labrador." Picks the latest video with over 2 million views. Copies the link. Pastes it into Pixar Flow. The tool reads the visual style, the music structure, the average shot length, the color palette of the bakery scene the bunny is in. She types one line at the end: "featuring the SAME adorable rabbit. Disney desserts. Warm cozy lighting. Polished textures."

She hits generate.

75 seconds later there is a finished 3 minute video starring the same marshmallow bunny in a slightly different bakery in front of slightly different macarons doing a slightly different dance. Different enough that the copyright bot does not catch it. Same enough that your kid does not notice.

Your kid does not notice the difference because your kid is 3 and 3 year olds do not have the cognitive load for noticing differences. They notice the bunny. They notice the macarons. They notice the music. They press replay.

She uploads at 11pm. Goes to bed. Wakes up to 8,000 views. By Friday it has 410,000. By month 4 her channel revenue hits $12,000 a month.

Her cost stack: $66 a month. Pixar Flow. A music license. A scheduler. That is the entire P&L.

She has never been on camera, never recorded her voice, never met one of the toddlers whose iPads are overheating right now from her videos. Their parents have never searched for her name because she does not have a public name.

Your kid does not know her name either. Your kid only knows the bunny.

The bunny does not exist. The 22 year old does. The $12,000 a month is real.

The exact steps:

1. Find the niche. Ask Claude for specific problems people already pay to solve in a space you know, then check Gumroad and Etsy search to confirm people are buying. Specific beats generic every time

2. Build the product with Claude. Have it design a Notion template for one exact buyer, sections and dashboard included. Recreate it in Notion, set it to "anyone can duplicate."

3. List it on Gumroad. Free account, New Product, paste the Notion link, price it, grab your checkout link

4. Run the 3-prompt content engine. This is the part that sells. First prompt: competition mining, have Claude find the top-selling competitor products and pull the most viral content mentioning them. Second: have it extract the structures and frameworks from that content into reusable templates. Third: feed it your product and those templates and have it write fresh viral content for you

5. Rerun it weekly. The niche shifts, so refresh the templates every week. The winning ones you reuse again and again
