Absolutely horrible experience with @Livpure_India, RO got picked up 1 week back, still their system shows pickup pending, havenโt received the refund as well. Pickup boy asks to contact customer care, customer care gives false timelines for resolution.
@Livpure_India Haven't received any calls nor my refund. It has been 10 days since the RO was picked up. You guys have taken away my RO and my money. Grade A daylight robbery.
@theniyo I had to pause my onboarding for certain reasons but later when I tried to resume, the app stayed stuck at the loading animation. I have been trying to get this issue resolve for over 2 weeks now but no luck. No response on ticket 2165335.
@kreditbee fed up of you guys calling me up from different numbers telling me that my personal loan has been approved even though I didnโt request for it. I have received around 50 calls till now from 22 different numbers.
@NammaBESCOM there is a mismatch between the physical bill for July and the dues showing online when I go to pay. It seems like the June amount is also included in the dues even though the payment for that was already made on time. Please help.
@sunnythakkar10@zebpaysupport I have been waiting for 45 days and they finally left no option but to cancel the withdrawal. When I did that, I got an automatic email stating the funds would be back in my wallet in 12-24 hours. It has been 48+ hours and I haven't received the funds. Don't trust them.

@BlackbyCleartax absolutely terrible experience with the ClearTax support team when trying to resolve the issue about the redeemed mutual fund amount not reflecting in my bank account after 2 weeks. Moving myself and entire family away immediately to Coin by Zerodha.

@slice_cares I have had one of the worst customer service experience with Slice, with no one responding to my concern for the past 6 days. Not sure why you guys consider yourself the next credit card challenger if you aren't even able to offer proper support.
@FedExIndia absolutely terrible experience with FedEx. A shipment received in Bangalore on 17th has been stuck there since then. The point of contact, Kanni from FedEx is extremely non-responsive, has made sure to give a non-functioning phone number.
