Dear @PanasonicIndia last year around same time I bought your air conditioner and since then I have had to call your service engineer 5 times, the ac starts dripping water every now and then and is a mess. Please help in this matter with a permanent solve.

Finally @urbancompany_UC replied that they can refund the money I paid to them for the repair but they are unable to compensate for the loss their repair caused. So much for a good customer service. Pathetic

Guys, after more than a week, @urbancompany_UC has not been able to find a solution to the damaged they have done to my ac. It is more than a month since the ac is not working. How long does it take to find out a real issue and provide solution??

@urbancompany_UC your technician has damaged my air conditioner. After 4 visits and 4 diff reasons and repair the mc is still not fixed and this has damaged the compressor. Your teams not ready to repair that as they say its not in their warranty. How does ur policy work?

Super disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . I own an airtel black connection and your teams had been begging for last few months to take the airtel mesh device. When I finally placed an order last week and did the payment no one has come to install the device.
