We were pleased to welcome Ewan Aitken of Strathearn JAC to have a quick health MOT with our Health Hut nurse Irene Scott on Sunday at Royal Highland Show. And we were delighted to hear from Ewan that - after hearing from our team last year - he has cut back on energy drinks. These can affect your heart rate and blood pressure and can cause long-term damage to your health, even resulting in hospitalisation. With harvest coming up please fuel up with lots of water and good food to keep you going and leave energy drinks on the shelf.
