This is calling on our Radio stations in Ibadan to bring back standards to our Radio programming space.
It's frustrating when you're trying to listen to a program, and it's interrupted by a barrage of adverts. Sometimes, it is their 'Ekaabo pada lati oju oja' meaning 'welcome back from market(advert) that awakes your mind that the program is still on.
I think radio programming
is also responsible for ensuring media standards, but it appears they're not doing enough to address this issue.
I guess you know some popular stations that seem to be guilty of this so i don't need to mention names. They've probably prioritized profits over quality contents and
